It’s the thick of August, and we know you’re all extremely busy right now, but we wanted to keep you all up to date on what’s going on with Pivotal Group. Let’s get right to it!
Art Optical & Tura Updates
Both vendors now have been completely added to the member’s area of the website. Applications are available for online submission.
Remember, if you already have an account, submit a new application there and they will switch your terms over.
New Video Training: Selling from the Chair
Dr. Sturm recently recorded a new video: "Selling from the Chair"

New Solidar ROE & Automatic Statements
New Solidar ROE
The newest version of the Solidar ordering system launched, the old ROE system should be invalidated for your office. We’re having better results and fewer entry errors already!

Auto statements also began this month: you’ll get a statement on or around the 6th each month.

"Pivotal Group Members" Facebook Group
If you haven’t joined the Pivotal Group Members-Only Facebook group, get on it!
It’s a great place to ask questions and interact with other members about programs in an open forum, without having to worry about violating your NDA when discussing specifics.
Please feel free to add key staff to the group as well, just make sure they reference which office they are from when joining.
Direct Frame Program: Frame Presale to Come!
The finishing touches are being made on the direct frame program now.
We’re shooting for outstanding markup on unique product that can’t be “shopped.”
Pivotal will be the sole U.S. distributor, and will allow no sales directly to U.S. consumers. We can’t wait to get these frames into the the group’s hands, we’re pretty blown away by what we’re seeing!
There will be a presale for the product, where you can purchase at an even lower initial price point to gauge buy in with the group.
We will continue to disrupt the industry, and this is the start of a series of programs designed to shake things up!
Look for more on this in the next couple of months as things finalize and roll out.
