Wrapping Up: Renegotiating Relationships You’d Like to Keep

All doctors have at least one or two suppliers they love working with. If they’ve taken good care of you and served your business well, it makes sense to stick with them.

Occasionally, you’ll find a supplier who just won’t budge. These conversations can expose a side of your rep or supplier that you’ve never seen before and don’t care for very much.

What do you do when that’s the case? What do you do when you want to cut ties with suppliers that don’t serve your business as well as a competitor might? The answer to both these questions is discussed in the next section.
