Wrapping Up: Pursuing Revenue Opportunities You Haven’t Seriously Considered Before

We hope this “extra content” has been helpful as you endeavor to keep your independent business as healthy as possible. 

This section may have been a bit too “existential” if you haven’t overhauled supply chain and begun implementing processes to overhaul KPIs (improving clinic-side sales practices, overhauling optical sales strategies, dramatically decreasing your costs of goods, etc.). That’s fine — for now, just focus on the earlier recommendations in this guide and revisit this section once you’ve made some progress in those areas. This guide will still be around and Pivotal Group’s Member Advocacy Program and Support Department will be standing by to help however we can.

Remember: you don’t have to implement everything within this section in one large “chunk” of time. These recommended extra opportunities are easy to adopt in spare minutes and hours over the coming weeks and months.

Tiny improvements month-over-month (or even each quarter) have a huge impact on how steep your business’s growth curve becomes. It may not feel like you’re making much progress day-to-day, but small efforts compound over time and make a tremendous difference.
